My name is John and I live in Kansas City, Mo. I am a Business Analyst at a hometown software and financial service company.

I have always enjoyed cars, and my first really "cool" car was a 1983 VW GTI that I bought used in 1991. Little did I know that I had a "classic" pocket rocket. Only after selling that car did I realize what a jewel it was.

I am happy to say that the MR2 brought back all of those boy racer feelings of my youth, but with a much more refined and powerful package.

Beyond the MR2 there is a 1997 Mustang LX, a 1996 Chevy S-10, and a 1993 Mustang convertable lurking in the driveway and garage. Yes, I am insane.
